Once you've accepted your offer of admission, it's time to schedule an appointment with your advisor and register for classes!
Deadline Update: We want to ensure anyone applying for federal financial aid has enough time to make an informed decision regarding their college choice! For this reason, we're extending our enrollment decision deadline to May 15.
Once you've accepted your offer of admission, it's time to schedule an appointment with your advisor and register for classes!
Using the list below, contact the academic advisor of the college and department to which you've been admitted. You'll provide your full name and University Identification Number (UIN) when making your appointment.
You can meet with your advisor beginning November 1. However, you won't be able to register for classes until after November 18. Note that if you’re in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Media, the Grainger College of Engineering, or the School of Information Sciences, your academic advisor will contact you instead.
To make your advising appointment, check your College of Education admissions letter for a link to your advisor’s booking page. If you have any questions, please call our Student Academic Affairs Office at 217-333-2800.
Students admitted to the Early Childhood Education Professional Education Online programs should contact Anne Pradzinski to schedule an advising appointment.
Your academic advisor will contact you to set up an appointment as soon as possible. Please give them additional time to finish appointments with continuing and returning students. General questions or concerns can be sent to the LAS New Student Advising Office (217-333-1705).

Spring registration dates will be offered on January 10 and 11 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CT. Please contact Essence Chatman (217-333-4710) as soon as possible to set up your appointment day and time.
